Senior Management
DIANE CRECCA—Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development
Diane has 35 years of experience in the cosmetics industry and is responsible for sales, strategic business development, technology acquisitions, marketing and communications at Arcade Marketing. Diane joined the company in September 2006 after its acquisition of the Vertis Fragrance Division. During her 14 years at Vertis, Diane served as Vice President, Fragrance Sales and Development. Earlier in her career, Diane worked in the fine fragrance business at International Flavors & Fragrances, Revlon and Avon.
Diane is a board member of Cosmetic Executive Women and the Fragrance Foundation and is an active member of The Fashion Group of America.
STEVE GREENLAND—Senior Vice President, Research and Development
Steve has over 30 years of experience in packaging design and is responsible for the company’s R&D operations. Steve has contributed significantly to the innovation goals of the company. Utilizing his expertise and experience with flexible materials and engineering, he has created and developed a number of proprietary and patented processes and products, and is the inventor of many of Arcade Marketing's technologies. Steve's earlier notable career achievements include patented products now manufactured by Sealed Air Corp. and the manufacture of critical on board flexible containment systems used on Space Shuttle Columbia.
BRIAN HARTMAN—Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Brian joined Arcade in early 2012 and is responsible for all areas related to finance, accounting and treasury for all domestic and international operations. Since 2005, Brian has held the position of Vice President, Controller at Arcade’s parent company, Visant Corporation, where he was fully engaged in Arcade's business. Prior to joining Visant Corporation, Brian was with Metallurg Inc, an international metal alloy manufacturing company, for 9 years in positions of increasing responsibility, last holding the position of Controller. Prior to this, Brian was a senior accountant with Deloitte & Touche, LLC. Brian has a CPA from the State of New York and an MBA in Financial Management.
JÉRÔME MASSEI — Senior Vice President, General Manager, Arcade Latam S.A.
Jérôme got his start in the industry in 1978 at the Roure Perfumery School in Grasse, followed by several positions in Marketing and Sales with Roure. Jérôme moved on to work for Givaudan in Italy, France, and finally moved to Brazil in 1992 as Givaudan’s Fragrance Division Manager in São Paulo. In 1997, he opened his own consulting company, and represented Arcade Marketing within the Mercosul countries.
In April 2011, Jérôme became Vice President Latin America and CEO of our affiliate in São Paulo, in charge of all Latin America countries.
PAUL S. PEARL — Senior Vice President, Sales and Operation Services
Paul has more than 20 years of industry experience and is responsible for Arcade Marketing’s U.S. sales analysis, strategic planning and sales support. Paul joined Arcade in 1999 after the acquisition of Retcom Holdings, Ltd. and its subsidiaries Retail Communications, Corp. and Encapsulation Services, Inc., where he was Executive Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors.
Paul has a bachelor’s degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and is active member of the Fragrance Foundation.
JANET SHANBERGE — Managing Director — Arcade Asia
Ms. Shanberge has spent 20 years living in China. She started in banking at Chase Manhattan’s China Division where she worked with major bank clients to establish their first generation of joint ventures in China in the early ‘80s. She formed her own consulting firm, Alliance Asia Pacific Limited (AAP) in 1991 to advise foreign investors on China business development, merging later with the international strategy consulting firm, LEK, in 2000. Ms. Shanberge became a partner in LEK and the first Managing Director of LEK's China practice, located in Shanghai. Ms. Shanberge then went on to establish her own firm, Ascend International, where she continued to provide management consulting services to companies seeking to enter the China market. Ms. Shanberge was twice elected governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, the largest international AMCHAM chapter in the world. She also served as Lecturer at the MIT-Sloan School of Management, and is a Director of the Center of Asian Studies at the University of Colorado. Ms. Shanberge is fluent in Chinese.
PHILIPPE UGHETTO—Senior Vice President, International
Philippe has 23 years of experience and directs international sales and operations from Arcade Marketing's Paris office. Prior to joining Arcade Marketing in 1997, Philippe was an export account executive at Lancaster Cosmetics. Previously, he was general manager of BBA in France, a well known fragrance oil house.
Philippe has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nice, with majors in business management and international trading. He is also Vice President and member of the board of the Fragrance Foundation in France.
